Existing space lacked color, interest, “life”. Hot tub was gray plastic with enormous cover than had no place to be stored. Ground was dead grass and dirt. Numerous pipes and wires were buried in underground. Space small and dead ending at every turn. No interesting plants except the lime tree. Nothing personal involved in the space. Large attached porch overlooked a “dead zone”.
